You have not previously returned the same eBook from a prior purchase.
You have not returned a total of 1 or more eTextbooks in of your Accounts.
We refuse to refund for the reason that you bought it from another store.

Questions are sent in for help with reasons similar to “I got this book from a friend and I don’t need this e-book anymore“, “I made a purchase and I realized it was the not the correct book I needed, I would like to know if I can return it and get a refund?“…will be considered spam and not answered.
If your order is in “On hold” status, contact us to get your order resolved as soon as possible instead of you opening a case.
